Titled, Speech by Geraldo Magno, FRETILIN, to the 6th NFIP Conference, the conference took place from November 1-7, 1990 in Aotearoa. He then describes East Timor’s political situation and discusses Indonesian policies of genocide in the country. He then presents victories of his movement and argues the signing of the Timor Gap agreement between Indonesia and Australia is a violation of East Timor’s right to self-determination. Finally, he calls for an end to nuclear testing in the Oceania region. At the end of the document is a draft resolution with nine points related to the content of the speech.
